How it works
Intro call
Thirty minutes. Free. We work out whether the review makes sense for you right now.
Scope & agreement
If it’s a fit, I send a written scope and a quote. Mutual NDA before anything sensitive is shared.
The review
Two to three weeks of writing and analysis. The occasional email if I need to ask something. No meetings during this window.
Walkthrough
A 60-minute walkthrough of the written report. You keep the report either way.

06Working style
How I work
- Written work first. Reports and recommendations are documents you can circulate, not slides.
- Honest scope. If part of what you asked for won't move the outcome, I'll say so before the work starts.
- No sub-contracting. The person on the call is the person doing the work.
- Individual capacity. Advisory work is separate from my full-time role; no employer content, contacts, or systems are involved.

- Why only one engagement at a time?
- I hold a full-time role. One engagement at a time means your review gets proper attention and an honest timeline. It also means there's sometimes a short wait.
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Yes. A mutual NDA before anything sensitive is shared.
- Do you work with agencies?
- Usually direct with founders, marketing leads, or in-house content teams. Agency work case by case, and only if the end client is clear about scope.
- Do you offer ongoing retainers?
- Not at the moment. This is a defined, scoped review — not an ongoing arrangement.
- Is this available outside Malaysia and Singapore?
- The examples and the market context are strongest for Malaysia and Singapore. If your audience is elsewhere in Southeast Asia, mention it on the call — we'll see if the fit still makes sense.
